ACE Reports Information Notice

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has enhanced ACE Reports to support the transition of Automated Commercial System (ACS) core trade processing capabilities to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). As detailed in this Information Notice, the reports capabilities will follow each of the releases for Deployment G:

Deployment G, Release 2

Three weeks following Release 2 of Deployment G on September 16, 2017, new ACE Report features will become available on October 7, 2017.

A new Entry Summary (ES) universe and several new ACE canned reports have been developed to consolidate data found in the legacy Account Management and ESM-10002 Entry Summary universes. The new universe and set of standard reports will provide users the ability to query a more robust set of data elements that have been normalized for both ACS and ACE sourced entry summaries.

While the new Entry Summary universe scheduled for release on October 7th is intended to ultimately replace the existing universes containing entry summary data, certain functionality will be unavailable until the final release of Deployment G on February 24, 2018. As such, all legacy universes will remain intact until further notice, with the earliest date of discontinuation being 30 days after the February 2018 deployment. Data maintained in these universes will not go stale as originally planned, so ACE report users can continue to save legacy ACE reports to the My Documents panel from the Documents tab or run any saved reports from their My Favorites folders that use the legacy universes to pull data into ACE Reports.

Please review the table below for a list of the new Entry Summary (ES) universe standardized reports available in ACE Reports on October 7, 2017.

Deployment G, Release 3A (December 9, 2017)

The new ACE Statement Reports REV-101, REV-102, REV-103 and REV-104 will be available in the ACE Production environment.

For validation purposes, both the new ACE Statement reports and the legacy ACE Account Revenue reports will be available to all members of the trade community in the ACE Reports production environment on December 9, 2017. From December 9, 2017 until January 6, 2018, the new ACE Statement reports will solely be for trade validation/testing and therefore not actionable.

To perform this validation, users are recommended to utilize the reports found under the main Importer and Broker workspaces under the Statements sub-tab (which contains the legacy Statements reports), and compare them to reports found under the sub-tab labeled Parallel Statements *TEST* (which contains the new Statements reports). The Parallel Statements *TEST* sub-tab includes four new reports (REV-101, REV-102, REV-103 and REV-104), as well as copies of the 2 legacy reports (AR-006, AR-007) refactored using the new ACE data source for direct comparison.

The Automated Commercial System (ACS) will remain the system of record for all statements until Deployment G, Release 3B; the trade community will continue to file statements in ACS until January 6, 2018*.
