Financial Wellness

CBP is committed to providing employees a gateway to financial wellness support and resources. Financial wellness essentially is financial security which often starts with financial literacy. CBP employees and family members are encouraged to take advantage of the no cost tools and services such as: confidential financial counseling, training courses, webinar series and online resources to effectively manage their economic lives.

Financial Webinar Series

Financial Wellness webinars are available to CBP employees and their family members and can be accessed on any computer or mobile device. If you cannot attend the live webinars, you can still register to receive an on-demand recording to watch at your leisure.

TSP free webinars and on-demand events cover everything you need to know as a program participant or beneficiary.

Worklife Webinars

Worklife webinars offer a financial wellness live talk event the second Wednesday of each month focused on providing strategies and resources to help you attain financial security.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

CBP's EAP offers a no cost 30-minute telephonic financial consultation with a Certified Financial Planner or other financial experts. These professionals can assist with many commonly encountered financial matters.

Employees and their families have access to the EAP’s extensive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online library of financial education resources. EAP offers over 100 interactive calculators for analyzing your budget, taxes, loans, retirement, savings goals and more. Additional types of resources include: articles, FAQs, downloadable PDFs and webinars on a large variety of topics.
