Special Instructions

A request for CBP clearance must be made in advance by speaking with the Duty Officer. An APIS transmission or voicemail will not suffice. Arrangements for flights intending to arrive outside of the posted hours must be made by 5:00 PM on the prior business day. This includes weekends and holidays.

Contact Information

Arrangements for services outside of operational hours service must be made prior to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays or the day before a designated Federal Holiday for weekends / holidays.
