From I-295 take exit 31, Airport Drive (south), to the main entrance to Richmond International Airport. Once on the airport grounds, take the first left to Huntsman Road. Turn right on Huntsman Road and then left at the first building, Ivor Massey. The Richmond office is on the first floor, suite 104.
I-95
From I-95 South or North take I-64 East exit. Proceed to the Airport Drive exit 197 and proceed south to Richmond International Airport. Once on the airport grounds, take the first left to Huntsman Road. Turn right on Huntsman Road and then left at the first building, Ivor Massey. The Richmond office is on the first floor, suite 104.

All requests for landing rights must be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requests for landing rights on weekends and holidays must be made prior to 4:00 PM on Friday. Failure to do so may result in denial due to scheduling and availability of CBP personnel. Changes to arrival times outside of normal business hours may result in revocation of landing rights due to scheduling and availability of CBP personnel.
