•    Please contact the on-duty CBP Officer in Boise to inquire about after-hours clearance procedures.
•    After-hour requests are due by 3pm Friday for the following weekend.
•    After the inspection is complete or at the discretion of the CBP Officer, FBO services that are available at KBOI can fuel/service the aircraft on the CBP ramp.

Reporting Requirements

The private aircraft pilot or aircraft operator is responsible for securing permission to land after having successfully transmitting a compliant inbound eAPIS manifest. This may be achieved directly or through a third-party. For ALL international arrivals at ALL airports, pilots MUST contact the responsible CBP Port of Arrival directly via phone to secure permission to land from the on-duty CBP Officer. Voicemail, email, and fax notifications are not considered sufficient notice of arrival.

Pilots must give a minimum 2-hour advance notice of their intended arrival. This notice can be submitted up to one week in advance; however, confirmation of arrival time prior to take-off is still required on day of arrival. Voicemail, email, and fax notifications are NOT acceptable means of delivering such notice. eAPIS is a separate filing to the CBP phone notification. Pilots wishing to arrive outside of the operating hours of 0800 – 1930 (MST), Monday thru Friday must make prior arrangements during business hours. Operating hours are subject to change as staffing and operations mandate.
