User Fee Table

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a responsibility under the Trade Facilitation Agreement entered into force 2015 to publish fees and charges other than import and export duties and other than taxes within the purview of Article III of GATT 1994 imposed by Members on or in connection with the importation or exportation of goods. The aforementioned information on fees and charges is hereby published in accordance with Article 1. These rates are subject to adjustment and as such there may be a lag time between rate release and update. Please review current legislation prior to taking action based on rates published below.
