Intellectual Property Rights Proof of Concept Report

This is a report about the Business Innovation and Transformation Division's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Proof of Concept (POC), conducted in September 2019. The report includes an abstract at the beginning that summarizes the POC and synthesizes user feedback on the POC. The report then follows with an in-depth explanation of the POC, how and why it was conducted, and the metrics used to evaluate it.
