CBP Form 1300 - Vessel Entrance or Clearance Statement

The OMB Date is expired, however this form is still valid for use and is under review by OMB awaiting a new expiration date.

UPDATE: CBP is testing the new Vessel Entrance and Clearance System (VECS) which digitizes the entrance and clearance process. As a result, a vessel processed in VECS will not be required to fill out a hard copy or digital CBP form 1300 for entrance. Additionally, for clearance, a hard copy or digital CBP Form 1300 will not be required, nor will one be provided. Instead, the approved Clearance will be sent via email to the vessel operator/agency who filed the request for clearance.
