Jones Act Waiver Request

Waiver request for Coastwise Merchandise Statute (46 U.S.C. § 55102, commonly known as the “Jones Act”) to allow the carriage of certain refined products detailed below to designated U.S. ports on non-coastwise-qualified vessels, in order to offset shortages of fuel supplies in regions impacted by the shutdown of Colonial Pipeline and disruptions in refining capacity.
