Personal Benefits Statements are an invaluable tool for developing a financial plan for retirement. They provide a summary of compensation and benefits related to an employee's current position.
Personal Benefits Statements also provide:
- Estimated values of benefits available to employees or their survivors;
- Estimated annuity benefits and Thrift Savings Plan account balances; and
- Dates of eligibility for Social Security and/or Medicare benefits.
The National Finance Center posts annual notifications during the first quarter of each calendar year. CBP employees can access Personal Benefits Statements online through the Employee Personal Page (EPP). To access your statement, log into your EPP account and navigate to Benefits Statement on the left-hand side.
