CBP family outreach events are half-day events designed to support workforce resilience, wellness, and retention by raising awareness of the critical tools, support services, and various resources available to employees and their family members for use in times of crisis situations, personal, and professionals needs. In close partnership with the field and engagement with the local community, the events offer information and workshops on work-life programs, health, retirement and benefits in a fun and family-friendly environment. These events are a great way to demonstrate our commitment and our gratitude to our employees and their families.
