TUCSON, Ariz. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers assigned to the Port of Douglas arrested a 21-year-old woman from Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico on Jan. 29 after finding nearly 127 pounds of marijuana concealed throughout her Chevrolet sedan.
Officers seized the marijuana, worth more than $63,000, and vehicle. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations took custody of the driver/owner of the vehicle.
