BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) ports within the Buffalo Field Office had enforcement success during the month of July while processing essential trade and travel only.
CBP employees assigned to the Buffalo Field Office, Office of Field Operations, have made a variety of narcotics and currency seizures as well as several arrests of wanted criminals. The month of July highlights include a 2,959 lb. marijuana seizure at the Peace Bridge and an arrest of a 28-year-old male Canadian citizen caught bulk-cash-smuggling $207,500.
