Casa Grande Border Patrol Station Offers Citizen’s Academy

CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – Tucson Sector’s Casa Grande Border Patrol Station is currently accepting applications for an upcoming Customs and Border Protection Citizen’s Academy, set to run Feb. 25 through April 8.

Attendees will learn about daily operations and the requirements of Border Patrol agents and CBP officers. This program is free and includes all class materials. Minimum requirements involve a background check and an expectation that applicants be in good physical health. Academy participants will meet every Wednesday from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

Anyone interested in attending should contact Border Patrol Agent Brandon Fleming, Casa Grande Station, at 520-836-7812. Please ask for the Border Community Liaison Unit.
