Border Patrol Seizes 296 Pounds of Marijuana

YUMA, Ariz. — Agents assigned to Yuma Sector’s Wellton Station seized 296 pounds of marijuana Nov. 5 valued at $148,000.

Agents patrolling near Dateland discovered six abandoned backpacks filled with marijuana. The marijuana was processed per Yuma Sector guidelines.
