Area of Responsibility
The Willcox Border Patrol Station is one of eight Stations within the Tucson Sector. The City of Willcox is located on Interstate 10, approximately 80 miles east of Tucson.

The station area of responsibility (AOR) lies directly north of the Douglas and Naco Stations and is bordered on the east by the Lordsburg Station of the El Paso Sector and on the west by the Naco and Sonoita Stations.

The terrain features in the Willcox AOR divide it into two main valleys running south to north from the Border, the San Pedro Valley and the Sulphur Springs Valley.

The Willcox Station is located in a geographically strategic position to conduct traffic operations on a variety of routes of egress throughout the corridor. U.S. Interstate 10, Highways 80, 191, and 90 all travel through the Willcox AOR. Willcox also conducts sign-cutting, sensor response, night scope operations, and ranch patrol.
