BOND FOR PAYMENT OF SUMS AND FINES IMPOSED UNDER IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT (I-310 bond)
Effective May 15, 2017, the Surety Bonds & Accounts Team (SBAT) will no longer accept the I-310 bond, “Bond for Payment of Sums and Fines Imposed Under Immigration and Nationality Act”. The I-310 bond is not an approved information collection form, as a result, SBAT can no longer accept it. Until further notice, please refrain from submitting to the SBAT. I-310 bond forms received by SBAT will be returned to the filer without review.
