Welcome to How to do Business with CBP! This page serves as a central location providing real time notification of projected contracting opportunities, information about the small business program, how to submit an unsolicited proposal as well as information on industry day activities.
FedBizOpps.gov is the single government point-of-entry for Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government buyers are able to publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly to FedBizOpps via the Internet. Through one portal - FedBizOpps (FBO) - commercial vendors seeking Federal markets for their products and services can search, monitor and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community.
Organizations and individuals are encouraged to submit self-generated, unsolicited proposals that are relevant to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection mission.
Information is provided detailing current key CBP procurements including type of contract, program office point-of-contact, anticipated solicitation release date, and projected proposal due date.
The OIT Procurement Tracker serves as the master list of all OIT's active and upcoming procurements with critical milestones.
Information is provided concerning CBP Small Business Program requirements. Also provided are efforts used to increase participation and to provide maximum practicable opportunities in CBP acquisitions to small business, veteran-owned small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns.
The small business questionnaire is stored and maintained in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) database and used by the CBP acquisition community as it relates to taking a proactive approach to providing information (Request for Information, Sources Sought, etc.) to vendors on various contracting opportunities within CBP. Please forward the completed questionnaire to SBCTR@dhs.gov.
