Global Entry Enrollment on Departure

Enrollment on Departure (EoD):

Enrollment on Departure (EoD) is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows conditionally approved Global Entry (GE) applicants to complete their interviews prior to their departing flights at select airports offering EoD services.  This program eliminates the need for GE applicants to schedule an interview at an enrollment center, streamlining the GE application process.

When you are at an EoD-eligible airport, follow signage directing you to the CBP designated Global Entry EoD area.  A CBP officer will assist you in completing your GE interview.

If you require accommodations due to a disability, notify the interviewing CBP officer immediately of your need for reasonable modifications, auxiliary aids, or services.  If such modifications are unavailable, your interview may be scheduled for a later date at an alternate location.

Required Documents for EoD Interviews:

To complete the interview via EoD, you must bring the following documents:

• A valid passport. If you travel using more than one passport, please bring them all to the interview so that the information can be added to your file. 
• Documents providing evidence of residency. Examples are driver's license (if the address is current), mortgage statement, rental payment statement, utility bill, etc. This is not required for minors.
• A permanent resident card (if applicable).
