Border Patrol Agents apprehend suspect in connection with a homicide investigation

BROWNSVILLE, Texas – On August 1, Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a homicide suspect attempting to flee to Mexico.

The Mexican national was encountered at the Brownsville, Texas bus station as a part of a local, state, and federal interagency coordination with Fort Brown and Brownsville Stations. The suspect is identified by agents as a migrant who overstayed her visitor visa and was successfully taken into custody.

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico—Aduanas y Protección Fronteriza (CBP, por sus siglas en inglés) presentó hoy una denuncia penal contra cuatro migrantes, tres de República Dominicana y uno de Haití, por conducta ante personal de la Guardia Costera estadounidense luego de interceptar una embarcación aproximadamente a 17 millas náuticas al noroeste de Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

Four Migrants to be Prosecuted for Resisting Federal Officers in Puerto Rico

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) presented a criminal complaint today against four migrants, three from the Dominican Republic and one from Haiti, for conduct before U.S. Coast Guard personnel after intercepting a vessel approximately 17 nautical miles northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
