Mobile NEXUS Enrollment Event Available April 30-May 2

MINNEAPOLIS— If you’re tired of waiting in long lines at airports, or idling in your car at border crossings, there is an opportunity to make your travel more efficient and less stressful.  Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will conduct a mobile NEXUS enrollment session on Thomson Reuters Eagan campus and the Minneapolis Canada Consulate April 30 - May 2, 2019. The Thomson Reuters sessions will be open to the community so get your applications in soon to book your screening.

CBP to Conduct Large-Scale Operational Readiness Exercise at San Ysidro Port of Entry

SAN DIEGOU.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is advising the traveling public of a scheduled large-scale operational readiness exercise that may result in minimal processing delays at San Ysidro port of entry. The exercise is planned to begin Thursday, November 22 at approximately 2:00 p.m. PST and last 10 minutes.

Construction at Port of San Luis May Slow Holiday Travel

Tucson, Ariz. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection is making a technology upgrade and construction has begun at the Port of San Luis, Arizona. A non-intrusive, Z- Portal drive-through inspection imaging system capable of scanning passenger vehicles rapidly for security threats and contraband is being installed in the vehicle secondary lot.
