WASHINGTON—U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske will be in Tucson today to meet with the Board of Directors from the National Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association of America and provide remarks at the NCBFAA 42nd Annual Conference. Topics covered will include CBPs coordination with the trade community, ongoing implementation of the Single Window/ACE and the impacts of the Trade Enforcement and Trade Facilitation Act of 2015 and Trans-Pacific Partnership on the Customs Brokerage industry.
