On July 6, 2020, U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to Laredo Sector were working their assigned duties at a remote ranch when they were alerted by a male subject who advised the agent that his friend, a 28 year-old male subject, was in distress.  Upon locating the subject and discovering him in distress, agents immediately began to render first aid and called for emergency medical services.
