BLAINE, WASH.—The information listed below is from arrests and seizures related to the U.S. Border Patrol in the Blaine Sector area of operations. For security reasons, this may not be a complete list of enforcement actions.

06/29/2013 - While patrolling the border, agents encountered an individual who had just illegally crossed the United States/Canada border in Blaine, Wash. The subject, a citizen of China, was determined to be illegally present in the United States. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for removal.

06/30/2013 - A Remote Video Surveillance System operator observed a group of four people illegally cross the U.S./Canada border west of Sumas, Washington. Agents responded to the area and located the group attempting to conceal themselves in dense vegetation. All four members of the group were determined to be citizens of India illegally present in the United States. A records check indicated that one of the individuals had been previously removed from the United States. All four subjects were placed under arrest and processed for removal.

07/01/2013 - Operators of a Remote Video Surveillance System witnessed an individual illegally cross the U.S./Canada border west of Sumas, Washington. Agents responded to the area and with the assistance of a K-9 team located the person attempting to hide in a wooded area. Agents determined the subject, a citizen of India, was illegally present in the United States. The subject was placed under arrest and processed for reinstatement of a prior order of removal.

07/01/2013 - A Remote Video Surveillance System operator observed an individual illegally cross the U.S./Canada border north of Lynden, Washington. Agents responded to the area and encountered the person. The subject, a citizen of China, was determined to be illegally present in the United States. The individual was placed under arrest and processed for removal.
