U.S. Border Patrol Arrests Five Near Buffalo Airport
LANCASTER., N.Y. – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Buffalo Border Patrol Station arrested five illegal aliens in the parking lot of a hotel near the Buffalo Airport on October 10.
Agents assigned to the Buffalo Border Patrol Station had received reliable information that several undocumented aliens were present at an area hotel. Agents increased patrols in the area and encountered five individuals in a hotel parking lot who were determined to be illegally present in the United States.
The five subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Buffalo Border Patrol Station for processing. Three of the individuals had been previously deported from the U.S., and all subjects had prior apprehensions. All subjects were adult males from Mexico, ranging in age from 26 to 42 years.
The five individuals are being held in Immigration Customs and Enforcement custody pending their removal from the United States. The Lancaster Police Department assisted in the investigation.
