EDINBURG, Texas – United States Attorney’s Office in Houston indicted Daniel Polanco, a Border Patrol agent assigned to the Falfurrias Station Wednesday. Polanco was indicted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and was also charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Daniel Polanco has been employed with CBP for 9 years. Polanco surrendered to the United States Marshals Service and is now on leave without pay.
