Travel Advisory-Update

Portal, N.D. - U.S. Customs and Border Protection would like to advise the traveling public that several roads in southeastern Saskatchewan previously closed to flooding have reopened to commercial and vehicle traffic.

All U.S. ports of entry remain open at this time.

Previously closed or flooded highways leading to U.S. ports of entry that have reopened are as follows:

  • Highway 39 from Estevan, Saskatchewan to the border at Portal, North Dakota.
  • Highway 47 from Estevan, Saskatchewan to the border at Noonan, North Dakota.
  • Highway 9 from Oxbow, Saskatchewan to the border at Northgate, North Dakota.
  • Highway 350 from Torquay, Saskatchewan to the border at Ambrose, North Dakota.
