Scheduled Repair Work to Temporarily Close Commercial Lane at Madawaska Port

MADAWASKA, MAINE—U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Madawaska port of entry will temporarily close the Inbound Commercial Lane beginning April 26, at 4:00 pm, due to lane repair work at this location. The lane will remain closed through the weekend to commercial traffic and will re-open April 29, at 4:00 am.

The two alternate ports available for use are the Van Buren and Fort Kent ports of entry. The Van Buren port of entry is 25 miles downriver (to the south) and the Fort Kent port of entry is 20 miles up-river (to the north). Both ports are permit ports only.

CBP would like to thank the commercial public for their patience during this time as we repair the Inbound Commercial Lane.
