San Juan CBP Arrests Female wanted in Orlando Florida

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO—U.S. Customs and Border Protection arrested yesterday a female with an outstanding arrest warrant for charges for conspiracy to commit dealing in stolen property in Orlando Florida.

Alma Delia Caraballo, 44, a citizen of the United States, with dwellings in Juncos, Puerto Rico, was arrested by CBP after arrival at the Pan American Dock on board the Carnival Cruise ship "Carnival Victory."

The inspecting CBP Officer referred Ms. Caraballo to secondary inspection where databases confirmed an outstanding warrant by Orange County, Florida for conspiracy to commit dealing in stolen property charges.

The custody of Ms.Caraballo was transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for extradition proceedings.
