CHAMPLAIN, N.Y.—As part of U.S. Customs and Border Protection's mission to safeguard the nation's borders, CBP is offering the following guidance on how to expedite border crossings for travelers returning through the Champlain ports of entry.

As a reminder, the Ports of Cannons Corner and Churubusco have limited immigration processing capabilities. It is suggested that travelers requiring immigration document processing use an alternate port of entry.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation's borders at and between the official ports of entry. CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.
