Release Date
Fri, 11/20/2015

NOGALES, Ariz. – The Port of Nogales will host a media event Nov. 24, at 10 a.m., to announce a service for Trusted Travelers known as “Front of the Line”. In addition, there will be an announcement of a new processing office to expedite the issuance of I-94 permits.

While maintaining the highest standards of security, the Port of Nogales is initiating a new service to expedite the I-94 process for those enrolled in SENTRI or the Global Entry programs. This “Front of the Line” service will provide Trusted Travelers a faster and more efficient I-94 process by using a dedicated processing station at the DeConcini and Mariposa crossings. Trusted Travelers using this service must present all required documentation and pay the $6 processing fee. The I-94 permit is required for travel farther than 75 miles from the border.

This opportunity is intended to facilitate trade and travel during the upcoming holiday season.
