TUCSON, Ariz. – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at Arizona’s Port of Lukeville arrested a man and woman, both 34, from Caborca, Sonora, Mexico, after finding 105 pounds of marijuana concealed within their Ford sedan Jan. 28.
A CBP narcotics-detection canine alerted officers to the presence of drugs within the vehicle.
Officers seized the drugs and vehicle, and turned both subjects over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
