About: A messaging campaign has been developed to address the number of Failure to Yields in the Laredo area.  The S.T.O.P. (Stop, Think, Obey, or Pay) Campaign is a coordinated Failure to Yield law enforcement campaign. The Public Service Announcement will be rolled out at the press conference.
