On Feb.17, at approximately 9:45 p.m., CBP officers were screening traffic going into Mexico as part of a southbound operation. The officers selected a 1989 Jeep Cherokee being driven by a 21-year-old man from Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico for further inspection.
