Havre Border Patrol agents arrest man illegally present in U.S.
HAVRE, Mont. – Havre Station Border Patrol agents arrested a man they found in the country on Monday, who had a prior order of removal. The citizen of Mexico was taken into custody for violating federal immigration laws and will be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement pending prosecution.
“I am proud of the work our agents do every day to keep us safe by arresting those that have committed crimes in our communities and taking them off the streets.” said Chief Patrol Agent Sean McGoffin. “Border Patrol agents work around the clock to ensure the security of the American public.”
