WILD HORSE, MONT.—U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations announces extended summer hours at the Port of Wild Horse, Montana, beginning on Wednesday, May 15. The port will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from May 15 to Sept. 30. The winter schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will begin on October 1.
Wild Horse, Montana, is a CBP permit port, which means that a cargo permit is required to import commercial merchandise into the U.S. through this port. Permits must be approved in advance of cargo arrival. The CBP Area Port of Great Falls, which processes permit applications, has implemented a streamlined process to facilitate permit approvals.
