Border Patrol agents from Yuma Sector's Camp Grip seized more than 1,000 pounds of marijuana

YUMA, Ariz. – Border Patrol agents arrested eleven illegal aliens and seized 1,017 pounds of marijuana. The group was attempting to smuggle the marijuana through the Cabeza Prieta Wildlife Refuge, near Yuma Sector’s forward operating base, Camp Grip, Dec. 15. The drugs are valued at an estimated $508,500.

All of the subjects and drugs will be processed per Yuma Sector guidelines.
