Del Rio, Texas – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Eagle Pass South Station apprehended a wanted fugitive on Wednesday.
Agents patrolling south of Eagle Pass, Texas on F.M. 1021 apprehended 14 undocumented immigrants. Among the undocumented immigrants, agents encountered Celim Maricruz Perez-Lopez, 23, an undocumented immigrant from Honduras. During processing, agents discovered that Perez-Lopez was wanted by Interpol for kidnapping in Honduras.
Perez-Lopez faces a charge of entry without inspection - 8 USC 1325.
