When agents questioned Sergio Garcia, a 27-year-old Mexican national, about his multiple gang-related tattoos, he admitted to being a MS-13 gang member. Agents also learned his criminal history includes vandalism, evading a peace officer, and multiple convictions for contempt in court in California.
Garcia, along with five others, faces criminal charges for illegal re-entry into the U.S. One is being processed for expedited removal.
