The “Heading 6212: Body Supporting Garments and Beyond!” is part of the 2023 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade.  This webinar will cover the tariff classification of apparel items such as brassieres, bralettes, support tanks, support camisole-style garments and the like.  While the primary focus will be on garments that cover the upper body and what the requirements are for qualifying as a body support garment under heading 6212, other items in this heading may be covered as well.
