The “Raising Your Knowledge of Jacks and Lifts” is part of the 2024 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade/Released.  The webinar will discuss the classification of various kinds of vehicle lifts and explain how they fit into either heading 8425 or 8428.  At the same time, we will go over the various nuances of each heading.  Also, will briefly go over CBP’s green trade initiative and touch upon how the public can get involved.
