The “Note 2(b) to Section XVI” is part of the 2024 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade/Released.  This webinar will encompass Note 2 to Section XVI concerns the classification of parts of machines classified within Chapter 84.  Note 2 to Section XVI has three sub-notes.  Sub-note (a) was discussed in the last webinar series and in this series, sub-note (b) will be discussed.
