The “Biodegradable Tableware and Kitchenware of Heading 3924” is part of the 2024 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade/Released.  This webinar will be on biodegradable and compostable plastic tableware and kitchenware items classified in heading 3924.  Will discuss the types of tableware and kitchenware plastics that are biodegradable and non-biodegradable, recyclable and non-recyclable, and compostable, and how these plastics affect our environment.
