The “Heading 8544: Conducting a Review of Electrical Wire and Cable” is part of the 2024 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade/Released.  The webinar will center on the classification of electrical conductors and cables classified under heading 8544 of the HTSUS with particular attention being paid to the structure, function, and technology with which the goods are used. We will address classification precedence and touch on other issues involving the commodities.
