The “Underwear: Risky Business” is part of the 2024 Educations Commodity Specific Webinar Series hosted by the National Commodity Specialist Division, Regulations and Rulings, Office of Trade/Released.  This webinar will encompass some of the more precarious aspects of importing underwear.  Topics such as classifying garments that walk the line between underwear and other categories of apparel, the use of materials that can pose a threat to environmental/human health and possibly “greener” choices and how forced labor can impact admissibility.
