CBP Family Care Webinars

CBP Family Care services include live-talk and on-demand webinars available to CBP employees and their family members through LifeCare.  Webinar topics span a wide-range of life events and offer insights, strategies, and information  designed to help our employees meet the challenges they might be facing.  If you cannot attend the live webinars, you can still register to receive an on-demand recording to watch at your leisure.

How to Access or Register

Employees and their family members can use the complimentary access button below to access webinars and limited features without registering for a membership account.  Complimentary access may not provide access to all LifeCare features and services.   

Complimentary Access

Employees already registered for CBP Backup Care services or with LifeCare will use their membership screen name and password to access webinars.  Employees can also use their government email address to register for a membership account or personalized complimentary access.

    To prepare for your future you need to have financial resources to fall back on while simultaneously building wealth. This talk will discuss typical road blocks to saving, how to deal with them and the importance of investing.

Parenting a Child with Special Needs/Disabilities

  • The Importance of Nutrition and Exercise: Tuesday, February 8, 2022, 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern Time

    Overall wellness plays a significant role in maximizing your child’s potential. In this talk, participants will look at how to incorporate special diets, such as gluten intolerance and nut allergies, into family meals; provide healthy snacks that support medical therapies and get help with picky eaters.   • Challenges & Changes: Wednesday, January 26, 2022, 1 - 2 p.m. Eastern Time

    Regardless of your family structure, all families face the same challenges. Parenting is still one of the toughest jobs you have. In this talk participants will discuss the history of families and explore some best practices for how to have a healthy family, including some fun things families can do together.
