This directive establishes the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) policy and procedures for utilizing creditable service for annual leave accrual as a flexibility to grant credit for prior non-federal work experience and active-duty uniformed service that otherwise would not be creditable for the purpose of determining the applicant’s annual leave accrual rate.
