CBP announces that a Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of a New Hangar and Administrative Support Facility in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico is now available for public review and comment. The Draft EA analyzes the potential environmental and socioeconomic effects associated with the construction, operation, and maintenance of a New Hangar and Administrative Building for the Caribbean Air and Marine Branch at Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
CBP invites comments on the Draft EA during the 30-day comment period beginning on February 27, 2014. You may submit comments to Mr. Dennis Lew via email at dennis.lew@cbp.dhs.gov; or by mail to the following address:
