U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed construction, operation, and maintenance of a new U.S. Border Patrol Brown Field Border Patrol Station in Dulzura, San Diego County, California. CBP has prepared a Draft EA and FONSI to identify and assess the potential environmental and socioeconomic impacts associated with the proposed construction, operation, and maintenance activities. CBP invites comments on the Draft EA and FONSI during the 30-day comment period beginning on October 4, 2018. Comments may be submitted using one of the following methods:
