Follow I-10 West approximately 50 miles, exiting onto I-8 West at exit #199. Travel 175 miles west on I-8 to Yuma. In Yuma, take exit #2 and travel south on US-95. Follow US-95 approximately 25 miles south to San Luis. The Port Office will be on your left just before the border.
